DAY 01
Journey
- Arrival at the Bandaranayake International Airport. Transfer to your hotel located in Colombo
Sightseeing
- Relax at your hotel after a long flight
- In the afternoon go for a city tour in Colombo. The heart of Sri Lanka! Experience the attractions of this vibrant city together with your loved one! Stop to check out city landmarks such as the Pettah Market, Independence Square, Gangaramaya Temple, and much more
- Spend the overnight at Cinnamon Grand Hotel or similar

DAY 02

- Fly from Rathmalana Internal Airport to Sigiriya
Sightseeing
- Have an early breakfast to start an exciting day
- Start a breath taking flight journey to Sigiriya. Experience an amazing view of lush landscapes en-route and famous landmarks through a bird’s-eye-view!
- Visit Dambulla Cave Temple, the largest painted complex of caves in the world
- Go for a village tour in beautiful Hiriwadunna Village. Experience travelling on a bullock cart, a walk in the paddy fields and a boat ride to get to the village. Have a delicious authentic Sri Lankan lunch cooked in a village home
- Spend the overnight at Heritance Kandalama or similar

DAY 03
Sightseeing
- Experience an early morning hot air ballooning. Find yourself amidst endless horizons of rugged mountains and green fields with only the burners to disturb the peace
- After lunch go for a Jeep safari at Minneriya/Kaudulla National Park/Hurulu Eco Park where you can see over 50 wild elephants go to the reservoir as the sun goes down. Come back to Sigiriya for the overnight

DAY 04

- Drive from Dambulla to Kandy
Sightseeing
- In the morning at about 7.00 am climb the enormous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, the eighth wonder of the world
- After that proceed to Kandy
- Visit the impressive golden roofed Temple of Tooth in Kandy, one of the most sacred shrines in the whole country
- Enjoy a cultural show in the evening
- Spend your night at Cinnamon Citadel or similar

- Drive from Kandy to Kitulgala
Sightseeing
- Go for white water rafting at Kitulgala River which is one of the top destinations for adventure activities in Sri Lanka. Enjoy a variety of thrilling activities such as white water rafting down the majestic Kelani River rapids, in addition to canyoning, jungle treks and bird watching in Sri Lanka
- Spend your day at Palmstone Retreat or similar

- Drive from Kitulgala to Nuwara Eliya

- Good Breakfast is a great start for the day, enjoy the breakfast and head towards the Hill country
- En route visit St. Clair’s and Devon Falls
- Explore the gorgeous little England in the evening including the pink post office (one of the oldest post offices in Sri Lanka) in Nuwara Eliya which is housed within a beautiful Tudor mansion; complete with spires and a clock tower
- Spend the night at Heritance Tea Factory or similar

- Drive from Nuwara Eliya to Ella via train

- Experience an amazing train journey to Ella which takes you through stunning landscapes of green and lush tea plantations and panoramic mountain views that you will be amazed by
- Go for a lovely walk on the glorious Nine Arch Bridge located in between Ella and Demodara train stations is one of the engineering marvels in the early 20th century
- Spend the night at 98 Acres Resort and Spa or similar

- Another day in Ella, the beauty in the hill country which is filled with tea estates, mountains, waterfalls and of course with some good air to breath
- You have the option of enjoying a lovely walk at the little Adam’s Peak

- Drive from Ella to Tissamaharamaya
Sightseeing
- Yet another beautiful morning with an early breakfast, leave from Ella towards the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka
- En route visit the Ravana falls and Ella Gap
- Visit the ancient Buduruvagala Temple
- Get your camera batteries fully charged as we will head out for a wonderful jeep safari at Yala National park where you might be lucky to see leopards but will definitely see crocodiles, elephants and many rare species of birds
- Spend your night at Cinnamon Wild Yala or similar

- Drive from Yala to Mirissa

- After a very good night’s sleep and an early breakfast, you may proceed to Mirissa, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka
- En-route visit the blow hole and the stilt fishermen, one of the most interesting traditional fishing methods of Sri Lanka (not real)
- Spend your night at Sri Sharavi Beach Villas or similar
