- Tour Packages: Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 45 days of the tour, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Accommodation and Transportation Services: Refunds for accommodations, transportation, and other pre-booked services will depend on the specific cancellation policies of our partners. We will work with you to secure the best possible refund.
Refund Process
Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that any non-refundable service charges or third-party fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

- Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of departure)

Changes to Bookings

If your tour is affected by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government travel advisories, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund based on the situation and the policies of our suppliers.
